Nettie Alvarado

Medical diagnoses and medical treatment is a critical piece of the puzzle for every mesothelioma case at the Nemeroff Law Firm, and Nettie is responsible for gathering and organizing the voluminous records that are obtained in each of our cases.

Nettie is married with one child and enjoys staying connected with her family and friends in church. She cares about the clients of the firm, and the opportunity to work for the clients of the firm keeps her encouraged to do her best each and every day.

Jessica Barney

Jessica wears many hats in her role as a multi-tasking assistant to many of the firm’s lawyers. From assisting with filing new cases to being a part of final trial preparation, Jessica performs varied tasks at the firm, always with a smile on her face and branded with her unique style of Texas charm. She finds it rewarding that she is afforded the opportunity to perform work that will hopefully bring some measure of justice to the firm’s clients.

Jessica is married and the proud mother of two children. She enjoys most outdoor activities but is happiest when boating with her family.

Amy Birge

Amy works to ensure that the firm’s cases comply with the web of rules and regulations of certain governmental agencies, including Medicare, Medicaid, and the Veteran’s Administration while also assisting in the development of the voluminous discovery that is at the core of the firm’s mesothelioma cases.

Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southwest Texas State University in 2002 before completed her legal studies at Western State University from whom she received her J.D. in 2006. She truly enjoys helping people and is so happy that she gets to do just that in her current position with the Nemeroff Law Firm.

Julie Burnaman

In some instances, clients of the Nemeroff Law Firm have had exposures to asbestos-containing products that were manufactured by companies who have sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. In situations where such an exposure has occurred and it is in the best interests of the clients to pursue a claim through a bankruptcy trust, Julie gets involved, helping the firm navigate what can be a complicated and challenging avenue to potential recovery for our clients.

Julie enjoys working with the firm’s team of passionate advocates who “fight the good fight”. She recognizes that the victims and families that the firm represents depend on the Nemeroff Law Firm to give them a voice, and Julie finds it both challenging and rewarding to be part of a team that can do just that.

Julie received her Paralegal Certification in 2002, and is the proud parent of two Cocker Spaniels named Chewbaca and Skywalker.

Nora Buzek

The Nemeroff Law Firm utilizes a team approach that recognizes the individual attention that each client and their case deserve. Nora is an integral part of the firm’s effort to insure that the legal teams stay organized and in communication with our clients in her dual roles of information manager and receptionist.

She enjoys her professional life and respects the compassion and care that all of her coworkers give to each client of the firm. Nothing gives Nora more satisfaction than experience of being a part of accomplishing the individual goals that the firm sets for each of its clients and their families.

Sally Saner

Sally fills many roles while acting as a secretary and legal assistant for all of the firm’s lawyers. Although she is regularly pulled in many directions while being responsible for helping prepare, file and serve documents, while also assisting in the scheduling of depositions and generally helping to keep the firm’s operations running smoothly.

She enjoys working with the clients of the Nemeroff Law Firm and their families knowing that the firm can help provide some peace of mind at a time that is very stressful for the clients. Sally wants the firm’s clients to know that every time they call on her with a question or request she does her best to assist them with anything that they may need.

Sally is married and a proud mother of three children, two dogs and one grand dog! She likes to spend her personal time antiquing and shopping when she is not just hanging out with her family.

Terry Turner

The exposure history of each client of the Nemeroff Law Firm is as unique as are each of our clients. That fact means that every case has its own individual twists and turns. Terry is an integral part of the firm’s efforts to develop the evidence that is needed to assemble the puzzle which illustrates the individual story that is unique to each of our clients. The respect and consideration shown to the firm’s clients by the entire Nemeroff Law Firm team is one of the many reasons that Terry finds her work at the firm enjoyable and rewarding.

Terry received her B.A. in history from Boston University and is an active member of the Operation Kindness Animal Rescue Group. She is a water aerobics instructor who also finds time to serve as a Board Member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex P.S.A. youth sports organization.
